Invitation to FIS World Cup Cross-Country Beitostølen 2009

Øystre Slidre Idrettsarrangement AS invites all competitors qualified by the FIS rules to FIS World Cup Cross-Country in Beitostølen 21-22. November 2009.

All entries must be made on FIS official entry form (download here) before sunday 08. November 2009.

Information:

Accomodation
All competitors, leaders and officials will be accomodated in high class hotels, appartments and cabins in connection to the hotels. No persons will accomodated more than two in each sleepingroom.

For teams that know Beitostølen well, please contact our accomodation officer for special requests.

Transportation
All teams are entitled to one transportation both ways to the main airport Oslo Gardermoen (OSL).

Waxing facilities
All teams will be offered wax cabins according to the FIS rules.

Prize giving ceremony
All prize giving ceremonies will take place in the Ski Stadium together with flower ceremonies directly after each race.

Prize money and carrying cost will be paid out to one representative from each team in the race office at the Stadium directly after the mens relay on sunday afternoon.
